9 Realms Martial Arts

About me

Hi, I’m Adam and I have run martial arts classes on a Thursday evening. The first session is for ages 4 - 10 and the second session is for ages 11 - 16.

I specialise in the art of Muay Thai /Ki Kickboxing and believe that martial arts should be accessible to everyone regardless of ability. I have personally found it helped my self-confidence and self-discipline tremendously and I want to help everyone to achieve their goals!

I am a UKMF instructor.    I grew up training with the legendary Dean Astbury of Valhalla Martial Arts Weymouth and have spent most of, if not all, of my spare time learning about Muay Thai and its history. I truly love the sport and wouldn’t be the same without it, over the years I have had several amateur fights and plan to continue training and learning for as long as I can.

I’ve spent a large amount of my time coaching, whether that was helping out with junior classes after school when I was younger and now where I take classes for all age groups and skill levels. Rest assured I know what I’m talking about when it comes to Muay Thai, I may not be as experienced as some coaches but I am dedicated to helping any individual who takes part in one of my classes.

Alongside Dean, I have trained with Lee-andrew Grinrod who is a champion in the sport and an incredibly talented coach/ fighter. Having worked alongside the team at Valhalla in Weymouth, I’ve learnt a hell of a lot and would love to share my knowledge and learn more with anyone and everyone who is interested!
