Blackrock Irish Dancers

Blackrock School of Irish Dance is a traditional Irish dancing group, originally founded as Yetminster Irish dancers back in 1972, by Mrs Pamela Common. Now run by Ellie Parcell for the last 6 years, the group meets on a Saturday morning in the Centre during term times. Ages 3 -18, every ability welcome.

We travel all across the South West performing in weekend festivals, school fetes, stage shows, parties and more! Have a look at some of our gallery photos!

Learn to Irish dance in a fun and encouraging atmosphere, whilst making new friends and building confidence. We perform a mixture of group dances and solos in both soft shoes and hard shoes.

What it costs

Fees are paid termly. The weekly charge is £6, with no fees payable when the group are performing.
